課題組致力於發展高效的模塊化合成方法，通過化學手段表面修飾分子納米粒子用以製備具有精確結構的巨型分子，並通過調節分子間相互作用和分子拓撲結構，在介觀尺度上實現對超分子自組裝多級有序結構的精確調控。
